One on one online coaching. This is available for individuals that would love to take their fitness goals to the next level. You would be working one on one with me. We will go over your individual needs for workouts. Weekly check-ins and modifications. You can sign up for 8 weeks or 16 weeks of online coaching. Macros not included. 

Macro Coaching 

Macros and cardio provided. We will adjust as needed. I will also give you cardio for the week. Weekly check ins are also included

I had the privilege of training with Tanny, and I can confidently say she's one of the best trainers out there. Her dedication to pushing you to your limits while providing in-depth education about your body, muscles, and form is unparalleled. Online Training: Try it!

I’ve completed many TPF challenges in the past and had great results. I decided I wanted to focus more on personal goals that I can work on as an individual. It has been a worthwhile experience thus far! Tanny and I went over my goals and she put together a workout plan that I follow on a schedule that works for me. If any concerns or changes need to be made to my plan we discuss it and make the best decision accordingly. Tanny is always there to support me along the way. Sometimes it can be something as simple as me not knowing how to use the equipment properly but she responds quickly and helps out. Some days I can’t make it to the gym so for those days I have workouts that I can do from home as well. Online training is effective, convenient, and tailored to my personal fitness goals! It keeps track of my nutrition as well which is a huge help. You have to try it!

1:1 Training

I have worked with multiple body coaches (Personal Trainers) over the last several years. I started with the 21 day challenge and felt I wanted more of a push and plan for my goals. I started the 1:1 training in September on 2022 and its been the best decision I made for my health. Tanny is super friendly, easily approachable, understands and listens to your wants and goals. The workout app she utilizes is amazing for all levels of fitness, whether you are a beginner or an expert. Tanny will push you to get to your goal. Her response time to questions and requests are above average. I have never went more than 12 hours without a response. She is very much engaged, changes workouts frequently and keeps an eye on your macros making changes when necessary. There is no contract, so sign up for the 4 weeks and I'm sure you will be pleased with the results. She will provide the blue print, you have to do the work and then the magic happens. Be extremely careful though it is addicting! Tanny is the queen of results.
